Nice features, move the author note

The “note from the author” needs to be moved from the beginning of the tonie. Kids want the story to start immediately or they get fed up. Our little girl loves this story, but the tonie goes on and then gets replaced with another one fairly quickly.

I like the read-along concept, but at the moment she won’t get that far without whipping it off to replace it with one that goes straight into the story.
