First Song is a Bust!

Because the first song is not one of the popular songs from the movie (is it even in the movie??), my daughter wants to remove the Tonie so I always have to skip the first song. This really drops the star rating for me! The first song of a Tonie should really be exciting and grab your attention because it's a loved and popular song. This Tonie doesn't do that.

Un conte authentique!

Je trouve certains avis bien sévères concernant les voix de l'histoire. Elles sont à mon sens très agréables, authentiques (pas modernes certes) et, bien que le film de Disney date de 1950, le texte est d'une élégance rare. Le vocabulaire est formidable, riche et varié, ce qui change des histoires modernes parfois trop simplistes. Ma fille de 5 ans l'adore et ne s'en lasse pas. C'est une magnifique façon de faire découvrir la langue française aux enfants à travers un grand classique.
